Yes, you can manually review every registration and decide if you want to approve or decline it. 

1. Go to evenium.com
2. Click My Events
3. Click the name of the event under the "I organize" section
4. Go to Configuration tab located on the purple bar
5. Click on Registration Settings
6. Towards the bottom of the page you can check/uncheck the Accept or decline each person who registers box
