- Go to evenium.com
- Click My Events
- Click the name of the event under the I organize section
- Click to the Participants tab located on the purple bar
- Click on the Import button
- Download the Speakers template
- Fill in the information for all your speakers
- Import the Excel file
- Go to Configuration tab located on the purple bar
- Click Agenda
When you create or edit a session you'll be able to add imported speakers.If you import your Agenda with an Excel file, enter a comma-separated list of your speakers email addresses in the Speakers column.
