1. Go to evenium.com 
  2. Click My Events
  3. Click the name of the event under the I organize section
  4. Click to the Participants tab located on the purple bar
  5. Click on the Import button 
  6. Download the Speakers template
  7. Fill in the information for all your speakers
  8. Import the Excel file
  9. Go to Configuration tab located on the purple bar
  10. Click Agenda


When you create or edit a session you'll be able to add imported speakers.If you import your Agenda with an Excel file, enter a comma-separated list of your speakers email addresses in the Speakers column.
