- Go to evenium.com
- Click on My Events
- Click the name of the event under the I organize section
- Hover your mouse over the Participants tab located on the purple bar
- Click on Tickets or Orders
- Click on the Ticket of Order you want to refund and in the panel that opens on the right you will see options to cancel and/or refund.
