1. Go to evenium.com 
2. Click My Events
3. Click the name of the event under the I organize section
4. Go to the Configuration tab located on the purple tab
5. Click Registration Form

You can edit any question and set it to be displayed only for specific tickets. This way you can add as many questions as you want to your registration form, decide which ones to show for each ticket type, and create different custom registration forms.
